Located in a calm green area of Petr\u017ealka in Bratislava, it provides long-term care, short-term nursing stays, hospice and palliative care, as well as specialized support for people with dementia and other severe conditions. The organization is built on <strong>close cooperation with families and a strong community commitment<\/strong> to delivering dignified, high-quality care where it is most needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Dom RAFAEL website was built on a custom CMS developed earlier by an external developer. While the system technically worked, the editorial team needed reassurance, that they <strong>could manage content independently and comfortably &#8211; without relying on developers for every update.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During initial testing, several usability and structural issues emerged, mainly around the <strong>\u201cAktuality\u201d (News &amp; Updates)<\/strong> section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Limited control over featured images and galleries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unclear handling of article authorship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confusing automatic labels (e.g. \u201cArticles in month XYZ\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chronological ordering of monthly archives in the menu (oldest first instead of newest)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inconsistent breadcrumb navigation and menu naming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uncertainty whether multiple images could be added to a single article<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revolware\u2019s Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revolware reviewed the CMS from the editor\u2019s point of view and focused on <strong>practical, real-world improvements<\/strong> rather than rebuilding the system from scratch.
