Our task was to help transform it into a <strong>production-ready ecosystem<\/strong> &#8211; technically solid, secure, scalable, and aligned with a long-term business vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Challenges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>From Concept to Reality<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product vision existed, but flows, onboarding, and user logic needed restructuring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Features were partially implemented without consistent UX or technical standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complex Real-Time Infrastructure<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heavy reliance on WebRTC, streaming, NAT traversal, and media servers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forked open-source dependencies were outdated and potentially insecure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Codebase Fragmentation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Multiple repositories with inconsistent tooling, naming conventions, and structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance-heavy libraries used where lightweight alternatives were needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Security &amp;
